How does seat booking work?
You can book a seat directly from the visual seat grid on your dashboard. Click any vacant seat, select the member or add a new one, choose a plan, and confirm the booking. The member instantly receives a booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp depending on your notification settings.
Can I send WhatsApp notifications to members?
Yes. The platform integrates with the WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API) so you can send booking confirmations, renewal reminders, expiry alerts, and PDF invoices directly to members on WhatsApp. You can enable or disable each notification type individually and test them before going live.
How do seat plans and shift timings work?
You create seat plans with a name, price, and duration in months. Each plan can be assigned a shift — Full Day, Morning, Afternoon, or Evening — and a gender designation (Any, Male, or Female). You can also add discount percentages with a custom label. Plans can be activated or deactivated at any time.
Can I add multiple admins to manage my library?
Yes. You can invite extra admins and restrict their access to specific areas of the platform — for example, allowing one admin to only manage members while another handles seat assignments. All admin actions are logged with timestamps in the audit log so you always know what was changed and when.
Does the platform work on mobile?
Fully. The platform is responsive and works on mobile, tablet, and desktop. On mobile you get a bottom navigation bar, a slide-in sidebar with a clock, and a touch-optimized seat grid so you can manage your library from your phone without any compromises.
How are invoices generated and sent?
Invoices are generated as PDFs and include your library logo, address, and brand color. You can send them directly to members via email as a PDF attachment or via WhatsApp as a document. Invoice templates are fully customizable using variables like reader name, seat number, plan, amount, and dates. You can also download the invoice manually.
Can I import members and seats in bulk?
Yes. You can bulk-add seats using a prefix, count, zone, and gender configuration. For members, you can import a CSV file to bulk-assign members to seats in one go. This makes it easy to migrate an existing library onto the platform without manually entering each record.
